Last Thursday we had a nice day (it was over 80 degrees) between the morning rain and the afternoon rain and so the kids and I went out to play while Daddy slept. I had a whole bunch of things lined up but they loved the sidewalk chalk so much we ended up doing that for the little over hour we were out there.
Sheila drew some beautiful flowers.
Timmy drew rain on my flowers. They needed watering.
And doing things with your tongue hanging out is so much better.
It got so bright out we had to wear shades.
The kids didn't want to come in but it was getting very hot and if you look close Sheila's face is bright red. The kids don't know it but today I bought them a huge bucket of sidewalk chalk with a lot more colors. When it warms up a little we will go out again.

How fun. M loves chalk and we should do that while it is still nice outside. maybe we will today after her nap.
