Ray's promotion ceremony

Here are some pictures from Ray's promotion ceremony.

I got to help pin on the stripes.  They really just have double sided tape on them.  Then everyone with that rank and above comes up and helps pin them on by slugging them in the stripes (on the arms.)  Ray then gave a little speech and Timmy stole the show by showing off in front of his dad.  Sheila was in school but other than that we were all there.
